Coliving with BananaSplit is more affordable, flexible, and community-oriented. There’s no long-term lease, no credit check, and in most cases, no security deposit. Weekly dues include everything — your room, utilities, internet, and cleaning of common areas. More importantly, you’re not alone: you live with others who support each other like a real family.
BananaSplit Club offers safe, welcoming homes in partnership with trusted nonprofit organizations. Our homes are clean, renovated, and fully furnished. All rooms have private air conditioning and secure electronic locks. Weekly cleaning is provided in shared areas, and you’ll have access to a fully stocked kitchen, laundry room, and supportive community.
Each room has a twin or queen bed, high-quality mattress, smart TV, nightstand, and clothes rack. Some rooms include a mini-fridge and microwave. All homes have kitchens with cookware, utensils, and dining space. Laundry facilities are also included.
