Rahima Blaza first broke into the real estate in the early 2000’s through real estate construction and small condo development.
Rahima has since continued her work in real estate and is currently dedicating her time to communal living and affordable housing in the greater Phoenix area. Her passion for creating safe, comfortable and affordable living accommodations for those needing assistance has grown rapidly over the last year and allowed for the birth of Banana Split Property Management. This venture not only provides dignified living accommodations to participants all across the valley, while simultaneously creating a conscious investment opportunity.
